CAEx and the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan Sign a Memorandum of Understanding
Tashkent, 21 October 2026. Central Asian Expo Uzbekistan (CAEx) and the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan have signed a three-year memorandum of cooperation. The partnership covers the development of the business programmes for CAEx Build & Co, CAEx Mebel & Decor and CAEx Food & HoReCa, as well as the organisation of events aimed at supporting Uzbek companies’ export activities.
Under the agreement, CAEx will provide a stage for business programs organised by the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan, during CAEx Exhibitions (CAEx Build & Co, CAEx Mebel & Decor и CAEx Food & HoReCa) to promote export development. The exhibitions will bring these initiatives into a professional business environment where manufacturers, suppliers and business representatives meet to showcase products, exchange experience and explore opportunities for cooperation.
For Uzbek companies, this partnership creates additional opportunities to promote their export projects. Taking part in exhibition events allows businesses to present their products to potential partners, engage directly with industry representatives, gauge interest in their offerings and explore opportunities to enter new markets.
Another area of cooperation will be the development of the business programmes for the three CAEx exhibitions. With the involvement of the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan, professional events will be organised to address current issues in the construction industry, furniture manufacturing and design, as well as the food industry and HoReCa sector. The programmes will bring industry representatives together to discuss practical challenges, share knowledge and build professional connections.
The three-year memorandum establishes a framework for ongoing cooperation between CAEx and the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan. The partnership will combine CAEx’s exhibition capabilities with the Assembly’s initiatives to support domestic businesses and strengthen the country’s export potential.
